May 31 . Not schoolin' yet.

I started off the day by having a lemonades with Kingsley in front of the large pedestrian plaza at City Hall. He clued me in on all sorts of things that make Denmark what it is. Apparently, if you look at a person in Copenhagen and their ankles roll slightly inward, they are probably Danish. Heh.

Afterward, I went to the YES IS MORE exhibit which is talked about in more detail in my next post. Even Barack was there. As far as I can tell so far, the Danes are very excited about him.

Afterward, we met for dinner and I had dinner with the Urban Planning crew. I ordered swordfish with the vegetarian buffet at a place called the Riz Raz.

Later on after dinner, we had fun and drinks out on main pedestrian street in Copenhagen. I was in a very sing-song mood and started singing the theme-song from Fresh Prince of Bell-Aire to a group of French-Finnish guys. We danced around and at one point stopped to admire a solar trash compactor. I think we sang some Queen songs, maybe some other bad 80's tunes and I'm pretty sure everyone was quite annoyed with me at this point but I was having a blast. Then we found good band at a bar on the pedestrian shopping street Strøget. The band was covering American music from the 70’s and 80’s in a quiet Jam-Funk sort of way. We shook it a bit on the dance floor and then headed back to the hostel.

A biking adventure was planned for us in the morning! Awesome!
